We reserve dedicated time for every guest. Please read before booking.

Booking Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- Deposits are non‑refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
- To transfer your deposit to a new appointment date, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
If You Are Unwell
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you notify us and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
However, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will still result in the loss of the deposit.

How To Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Messages received outside business hours are time‑stamped when received.
