Cancellation Policy
We reserve dedicated time for every guest. Please read before booking.

Notice Required
- 48 hours’ notice is required for longer appointments, packages, or multi-service bookings.
- 24 hours’ notice is required for standard single-service appointments.
- Changes made inside the notice window are treated as late cancellations.
Cancellation & No‑Show Fees
- Late cancellation(within 24 hours, or within 48 hours for longer/package bookings): 50% of the booked service value.
- No‑show (missed appointment without notice): 100% of the booked service value.
- Where a deposit is taken, deposits are applied to these fees and any remaining balance may be charged to the payment method on file.
If we’re able to fill your appointment time, fees may be reduced or waived at our discretion.
Deposits & Pre‑Payments
- Some services may require a deposit or pre‑payment to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non‑refundableand transferable to a new date/time only when the reschedule is made within the required notice period.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to avoid impacting other guests.
- The full service price may still apply, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Packages, Promotions & Gift Cards
- Late cancellations/no‑shows for package bookings may result in one session being deducted from the package.
- Promotional pricing and limited offers are subject to availability and may not be reinstated after late changes.
- Gift cards are non‑refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.
How To Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Messages received outside business hours are time‑stamped when received.
Acceptance
