For best results, hair should be roughly the length of a grain of rice (usually ~2–3 weeks of growth). If hair is too short, wax may not grip; if it’s very long, we can trim for comfort.
If you’re using retinoids, exfoliating acids, or you’ve recently had a peel, waxing may not be suitable as skin can be sensitised. Let us know what you’re using and we’ll advise the safest timing and alternative options.
Tinting and lash services now sit within our Brows & Lashes menu. If you’re booking those services and you’re new to tinting or have a history of sensitivity, we recommend a patch test 24–48 hours prior.
