For best results, we recommend keeping skin makeup-free for the rest of the day (especially after extractions or active exfoliation). Avoid intense exercise, saunas, and hot yoga for 24 hours to reduce redness and sensitivity.
Most clients see the best ongoing results with a facial every 4–6 weeks (aligned with your skin cycle). If we’re addressing a specific concern like congestion, dehydration, or pigmentation, we may suggest a shorter initial series.
Extractions can be included where appropriate and where your skin will tolerate them. We prioritise comfort and skin integrity—if congestion is deep or your skin is reactive, we may reduce or avoid extractions and focus on calming, barrier-supportive care instead.
